A FIVE-bedroom family home in Newcastle has been put on sale for just £90,000 – but there’s a big catch.

The spacious property, located in Forest Hall, boasts two kitchens and two bathrooms and its own garage for storage and parking.

The pad even comes equipped with the luxury of two living rooms which could host multiple gatherings.

But the lucky new owner will need to give the property plenty of TLC before hiring a removal van.

This is because many of the home’s rooms are painted in strikingly different colours including red AND blue.

It includes the two kitchen’s and the the lounge which has been splatted with a shade of turquoise green.

And to complete the quirky interior design, the toilet features outdated panels and floral curtains.

However, the advert for the North East home, which is due to be sold by auction, describes the property as an “ideal investment opportunity,” despite it’s unique colour choices.

The ground floor consists of an open planning living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a shower room with a separate toilet which leads to the garage.

Similarly, on the first floor there’s another double bedroom, an open-plan kitchen and dining area and a separate lounge.

There are two additional double bedrooms on the top floor attic as well as an outdoor yard to the back of the property.

It’s also located just five miles from the busy Newcastle city centre with convenient public transport links close by and is a stones throw from local schools.

According to Rightmove, the average house price in the area stands at just under £190,000.

The house is due to under the hammer next Wednesday.
