NINTENDO has announced a June Nintendo Direct presentation that’s set to show off all-new games tomorrow.
The Nintendo Direct will last for roughly 40 minutes, and is set to show off games coming to the Nintendo Switch, with a focus on games releasing this year.
Nintendo says the Direct will also feature new information for Pikmin 4, which is an upcoming adventure strategy game set to be released next month.
Not many other details are known, as Nintendo has no dated games for the Switch other than Pikmin 4, but fans have been heavily speculating about what could be included.
One idea that seems to be popular among fans is the inclusion of a release date for the first wave of DLC for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
Two expansions were announced for the games in February, and the first wave is expected to be released before the end of the year.
Some fans have also speculated that DLC for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will be announced, due to the popularity of the game.
Another possible inclusion is Metroid Prime 4, which was announced in 2017 but restarted development four years ago in 2019.
The Nintendo Direct will also feature games from third-party developers like Square Enix, Sega, and Ubisoft, although it’s unsure what games could be shown.
Leaks have suggested Persona 3 Reload, a remake of the original game, could be announced for Switch during the show.
