A MAJOR clothing and homeware chain is closing two stores later this year but you might be wondering what exact dates.
TKMaxx has confirmed two of its own stores will pull down their shutters and one Homesense branch will relocate.
Homesense is a subsidiary of TKMaxx which sells homeware.
On February 15, the TKMaxx in Edinburgh will close after the landlord pulled the lease.
On March 1, the TKMaxx branch in Manchester’s Arndale Shopping Centre will shutter down.
The Homesense store in Swansea located at Parc Fforestfach will relocate at the end of March, although a specific date has not yet been confirmed.
Alongside the closures at TKMaxx and Homesense, the chain is set to open several new stores.
TKMaxx is opening a new branch at the Debenhams in Workington as well as a new store in Llanelli, Wales.
Homesense is opening a new store in Llanelli right next door to the new TKMaxx.
TKMaxx has not yet confirmed when the new stores will open their doors.

What other retailers are closing stores?
TKMaxx isn’t the only chain battling to keep stores open this year.
Paperchase collapsed into administration earlier this month putting around 1,000 jobs at risk.
Shoppers have been rushing out to buy discounted products after the stationery retailer launched a sale before branches close.
Major burger chain Byron Burger fell into administration too with nine restaurants set to close.
Meanwhile, H&M has said two branches in Hartlepool and Isle of Wight are set to close later this year.
And M&Co is set to shut up shop across 170 stores.
