National Football League stars such as Russell Wilson and Khalil Mack aren’t the only ones switching teams this spring.

Television networks and streaming services are competing to sign up big-name broadcasting talent in an attempt to increase viewership and help recoup the significant investments they have made to acquire NFL rights.
