Man, 32, arrested after shootings on Thursday afternoon which began in house and continued in classroom

A number of people have been killed in the Dutch city of Rotterdam after a man went on a shooting spree in a university hospital classroom, local police said.

A 32-year old man was arrested after the shootings on Thursday afternoon, which began in a house and continued in a classroom at a medical facility nearby. Police also said fires had broken out at at both locations.
