DOMINO’S has brought back a fan favourite for Christmas – but foodies all say it’s missing a key ingredient.

The chain has reintroduced its Festive One pizza after it launched in 2021 and was unveiled again last year to public fanfare.

Foodies can pick up the pizza for a limited time only, until January 2 next year.

It combines turkey breast, classic tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and sausage, crispy smoked bacon and onions, drizzled with cranberry sauce.

But while some fans are buzzing the festive option is back, some customers have said it’s missing a key ingredient – stuffing.

One said: “It’s missing the stuffing!” while another added: “Stuffing bits and sprout shavings would make this immense.”

A third disgruntled foodie said: “Get some stuffing on it then you’ve got a winner!”

Meanwhile, a fourth person added: “It just needs sprouts and stuffing to be perfect.”

Prices for the returning pizza vary depending on where you live and the size.

We looked at ordering to South-East London and a small costs £15, while a medium was £21 and a large £23.

The small size has 1167 calories, the medium 1732 and the large 2212.

It comes as Domino’s unveils a new menu item this year – loaded fries with cheese, combining chips with cheese sauce and melted mozzarella.

Again, prices will vary depending on where you order, but in South-East London they set us back £6. The fries are 561 calories.

Customers looking for a sweet treat can also pick up the twisted chocolate cinnamon doughballs from £6 and coming in at 767 calories.

The dessert first hit menus in September this year and will be on offer until January 2 while the loaded fries are a permanent addition.

All three menu items are available to buy nationwide.

Domino’s brought back not just its Festive One pizza last Christmas, but also its gooey chocolate orange cookies, which haven’t made a return this year.

The sweet treat made their first appearance in 2020 and were received to public fanfare.

Domino’s isn’t the only chain to unveil a Christmas menu this year.

Greggs revealed its highly anticipated festive menu last Wednesday, with the items available to buy the following day.

Customers can pick up everything from a Spicy Vegetable Curry Bake to a Mint Hot Chocolate and Salted Caramel Latte.

A number of supermarkets have already unveiled their Christmas menus too, including M&SAsda and Iceland.
