DISNEY has slashed the price of large soft toys of its classic characters including Dumbo, Simba and Mickey Mouse.

The sale, which has reduced the price of the cuddly toys from £40 to £25, is on until November 28 so you can make a saving on Christmas gifts.

The 38% discount applies to Disney Store large soft toys and there are 12 options to choose from.

Other characters up for grabs include Stitch, Minnie Mouse, Eeyore, Lady and Thumper.

You could also opt for Pua from Moana, Sven from Frozen, Angel from Lilo & Stitch or Marie from Aristocrats.

Most of the toys on offer can also be personalised for an extra £2.95, giving you the opportunity to make it an extra special Christmas gift.

It’s worth shopping around to make sure you’re getting the best value for money though.

You should also only buy something in the sale if you were already planning on making a purchase – otherwise it’s not really a saving.

The Disney Store has smaller cuddly toys at a lower price, such as a Belle soft toy for £16.

Tesco is selling Disney toys for £7, but they’re much smaller as they’re only seven inches tall.

This Dumbo cuddly toy is £14.99 at John Lewis and there’s a range of characters available on Amazon, such as this Stitch one for £21.

If you do buy from the Disney Store, remember to factor in the cost of delivery, which starts at £3.95 for standard service that will get your items to you within five days.

Express delivery – to receive your order by the next working day – costs £5.95.

Delivery is free on orders worth more than £50.

Argos has already launched its toy sale and is offering up to half price off during the half term holidays.

Morrisons has also cut prices by up to 50%, but Sainsbury’s has delayed its annual sale until November.

Toy shop chain The Entertainer has a sale on, allowing parents to stock up on discounted presents ahead of Christmas.
