Dimitrios Pagourtzis is one of the most infamous high school students from Santa Fe High School in Santa Fe, Texas, United States. In particular, he shot to death eight students and two teachers at the school on May 18, 2018. It was one of the most horrific mass shooting at school in the history of mass shootings, as ten innocent people lost their life.

The Court found Dimitrios Pagourtzis incompetent to stand trial and ordered him to stay in the mental hospital for one year on February 11, 2022. In particular, medical experts found him unfit to stand. Thus, Judge John Ellisor had ordered him to stay in mental health treatment for twelve months.
Dimitrios got arrested after he shot students at Santa Fe High School. He killed ten people and injured thirteen people. In particular, he surrendered to police officers after getting injured as police confronted him within four minutes.
