Comedian was suing Fremantle in privacy case after his derogatory and sexually explicit remarks about contestants were leaked

Britain’s Got Talent production company Fremantle has apologised and settled with David Walliams after comments he made while working on the show were leaked.

Walliams made derogatory and sexually explicit remarks about contestants during the recording of an episode of the ITV talent show, which he was a judge on between 2012 and 2022.
