Raspberries are the star of this pud — pick up a frozen pack at Tesco for £2.40.
Crush the fruit through a sieve and add a little sugar to make a puree.
Whisk a carton of double cream then stir in a couple of tablespoons of honey, whisky and oats.
Alternate layers of raspberries with the puree and the cream before serving.
