Judge grants injunction against London activists but says there is ‘question mark’ over issue

A judge has refused to grant a possession order to HS2 for the site of a tunnel occupied by environmental activists close to London’s Euston station.

HS2 went to the high court to obtain a possession order for the site and an injunction against the protesters in the tunnel there.
