YANKEE fans can now get a candle for just 1p when they buy a large one at Clintons.

The deal is available in Clintons stores and on its website until April 27.

The small candles for 1p typically cost £8.99 each at the retailer, meaning you’ll save £8.98 in the deal.

However, it’s only worth snapping up the offer if you were planning to stock up on candles anyway.

Clintons charges £24.99 for Yankee’s large jar candles.

A wide range of scents are available in both large and small sized jars, including the Midnight Jasmine and Cherry Blossom.

Sadly, the offer can’t be used in conjunction with any other Yankee deals.

Clintons told The Sun there’s no order limit, but the candles are only available as long as stocks last so it’s best to be quick.

The retailer has around 270 stores across the UK. You can find your nearest one by using its shop finder tool.

If you shop online, home delivery is free as long as you spend more than £20.

If you don’t, you’ll be charged £2.99 for an order below £10 and a £1.99 fee for a purchase of more than £10 but less than £20.

Clintons offered the Yankee candle deal in August last year too.

In comparison, Ryman is selling other scents in large jars for £11.99 each, meaning you can get two for £23.98.

It charges £3.95 for standard delivery though, meaning it’ll cost you more than at Clintons – but you’ll get two large candles.

Alternatively, Asda is selling the same scent as Ryman for £13.47, excluding a £2.95 delivery fee.

Last year, Boots slashed the price of its Yankee Candle gift box by 50%.

And in December, Aldi shoppers warned about “exploding” Christmas candles at the discounter that looked similar to Yankee’s versions.

In other deal news, a mum recently shared a huge Boots haul – including 25p baby wipes and Pampers nappies.
