The popular Big Mac substitute will return to UK restaurants on March 2, but it’s not sticking around for long.

Fans of the fast food giant rushed to the chain to try the brand new menu item when it was launched.

But they were left “devastated” after McDonald’s removed it from the menu just days later.

The Chicken Big Mac’s return will only last until March 15, so fans will only have two weeks to try the fast-food snack – which isn’t long, especially if they missed out last time.

A McDonald’s spokesperson said: “We have been delighted by our customers’ reaction to the limited-edition Chicken Big Mac.

“The demand has been incredible, and we’re pleased to share its back but for a limited time only.”
