VALENTINE’S Day is finally here and nothing says “I love you” like a delicious box of chocolates.
Even if you’re doing things last minute you can still pick up some lush chocolates without splashing the cash.
From Tesco to Asda, Card Factory to Sainsbury’s a number of retailers are offering sweet treats that won’t break the bank.
M&S has also slashed online prices by up to 50% if you don’t mind getting your goods post-Valentine’s Day.
Of course, remember to compare the prices as deals can change at the last minute.

Meanwhile, always factor in delivery costs as that can up the cost of any Valentine’s present.
Card Factory – Hugs Milk Chocolate Hearts – £2.99
If you heading to Card Factory to pick up a Valentine’s Day card you might want to consider picking up some chocolates as well.
The retailer is selling the cheapest chocolate tray we could find with prices starting from £2.99.
It’s currently out of stock online, but it’s worth checking your local store too for any last-minute bargains.

M&S – I Heart You Swiss Milk Chocolate Hearts – £3.50
Posh retailer M&S is selling a 130g chocolate share bag for £3.50.
The gift bag comes with solid chunks of milk chocolate hearts inside – and is suitable for veggies too, so no one has to miss out.
You’ll need to go to M&S stores to try and get your hands on these though, as they’re also sold out online through Ocado.
Alternatively, you can pick up a 110g bag of Go Gooey Hearts Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate for £1, down from £2.
Other half-price offers available at M&S are 53g of Cheeky Chocolates for £1.75, a 150g heart-shaped tray of chocolate covered nuts and popcorn for £2.75 and a 70g sausage dog for £1.75.
Bear in mind if you do want to buy the choccies online, you will need to place a minimum order of £40.
Aldi – Cadbury Milk Tray – £4.25
Cadbury shoppers rejoice as several retailers are selling the brand’s 360g Milk Tray – ideal for a loved one today.
Aldi, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s currently have the best deals offering the boxes for £4.25 – the latter for Nectar cardholders only.
Next up is Asda at £4.50, followed by Tesco at £5 for shoppers with a Clubcard.
B&M currently charges £5.99 for the treats.
Again, you can use the retailer’s store locators to find your nearest branch rather than order via home delivery.
Asda – Toblerone Truffles Box – £4.50
Toblerone fans will be keen on this 180g Truffles Box which is £4.50 at Asda.
Tesco and Sainsbury’s customers can also pick up the box for £4.50 as well, but they’ll need either a Clubcard or Nectar Card.
You will want to act fast as the Tesco deal expires on April 10 and the Sainsbury’s deals expire on March 10.
Boots also last had the box on sale for £2.10 but it appears to be out of stock on the retailer’s website for now.
Lindt – Lindt Lindor Milk Chocolate Heart – £7.50
Lindt fans will be keen on this Lindt Lindor Milk Chocolate Heart Box which is selling for £7.50.
Lindt members can also pick up the tray box for a little cheaper at £6.
This is the best deal you’ll find on the tray, which comes with milk chocolate balls inside.
Bear in mind you’ll have to spend a minimum of £20 to qualify for home delivery and you get free delivery on orders over £50.
Iceland – Quality Street 220g – £3
Iceland, Asda and Morrisons are all selling this Quality Street 220g tub for £3 – ideal if you’re looking to do Valentine’s Day on the cheap.
Meanwhile, Tesco is selling it for £3.50, or £3 if you’ve got a Clubcard.
Sainsbury’s charges £3 with a Nectar card, or £3.75 if you don’t have one.
