At the moment only the single-player campaign is available, and it is accessible for anyone who preordered the game.

This early access period launched on Thursday, November 2, or Friday, November 3, depending on your region.
The multiplayer and full single-player launch will take place on Thursday, November 9, or Friday, November 10, depending on your region.

Can I preorder Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3?
Despite the fact that the single-player campaign is already available, it is still possible to preorder the game.
You can do this via the online store on your platform of choice, and you will be able to access the single-player campaign immediately.
What platforms will Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 be on?
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will launch on every modern platform, both current and last gen, outside of Nintendo.
This means it is available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, and PC.
What will the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 campaign be about?
The single-player campaign is out now, and you can play it if you have preordered the game.
The campaign is about Captain Price and his company taking down the terrorist Makarov.
It has been heavily criticised for its short length, recycling of old ideas, and grinding-based missions.

How will Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 improve on MW 2?
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 was originally planned to be DLC for MW2 and as such not include a lot of improvements.
The highlight is a new Zombies Mode where your team will fight against an incoming horde of zombies.
