Customers have flocked to social media to vent their frustration after BT broadband started to experience issues this morning.
Taking to X, one user said: “@bt_uk hi, my bt hubhas had terrible coverage for the last couple of weeks. Can you please look into this?”
A second wrote: “Is this a joke? If you don’t have a landline and you need to check to see why Broadband is down – you have to login to your account? How do you login without Internet?”
