THE Black Friday sales are a great time of year to load up of homeware that you’ve had your eye on, and mattresses are no different.

So we take a look at what you can expect to find in Brook and Wilde’s Black Friday sale in 2020.

Just because an item is in the sale doesn’t mean you can’t find the same product, or similar, elsewhere. Always shop around to make sure you’re getting the best price.

When is Black Friday 2020?

Black Friday is on November 27 in 2020. We’d bank on the first deals appearing about two weeks ahead of the main event though, so keep your eyes peeled.

Black Friday is always the day after Thanksgiving in the US, but the UK has also adopted the sales tradition in recent years.

When is Cyber Monday 2020 and will Brook and Wilde take part?

Cyber Monday is the Monday that follows Black Friday that traditionally focussed on online sales.

However, in recent years, Black Friday has turned into a four-day event for many retailers where the sale rolls over the whole weekend.

Last year, Brook and Wilde had an exclusive Black Friday offer for Sun readers that could still be appled on Cyber Monday.

What to expect from Brook and Wilde’s Black Friday in 2020

‘Mattress in a box’ companies tend to be quite competitive with their sales so we’d bank on there being a decent sale at Brook and Wilde on Black Friday.

We’ll update this page with all the latest offers when we see them.

What did Brook and Wilde have in its Black Friday sale last year?

Between October 31 and December 1, Sun readers could save 40 per cent at Brook and Wilde on Black Friday with an exclusive code when they spent over £500.

That meant you could save up to a whopping £479 if you were to buy a super king ‘Elite‘ mattress.

Or, if you were looking at the lower end of Brook and Wilde’s price bracket, you could get a double ‘Lux‘ mattress for £420, down from £699.

The Brook and Wilde Lux mattress is a Which? Best Buy

While you can certainly buy a basic mattress cheaper elsewhere, when we reviewed the ‘Lux’ mattress ourselves, we thought you could just about justify the cost if you viewed it as an investment; you do get a 10-year guarantee after all (read our review of the Brook and Wilde Lux mattress).

But with the 40 per cent discount, the mattresses suddenly become substantially cheaper than comparable models from other top internet sellers: Eve, Casper, Emma, Simba and Otty.

If you decide to take up this offer, you can get your hands on a Which? Best Buy for substantially less than the RRP and, as an added perk, it’ll be delivered to a room of your choice.

Brook and Wilde will even have the packaging taken away for free.

Does Brook and Wilde do any other discounts?

Brook and Wilde runs sales throughout the year where you can get varying amounts of discount.
