If no one comes forward by Thursday, National Lottery will announce whether the winning tickets were purchased online or in store.

Two weeks on from the draw, if all the prizes have not been claimed, it will reveal where in the country the winning tickets were bought.

Players have 180 days to claim their prize after the numbers are chosen.

Once a ticket holder has been paid they can go public and share the news or choose to remain anonymous.

Adam and Amy Pryor were able to buy their disabled five-year-old daughter Charlotte a support dog using the money.

Meanwhile, Sun reader Ian Black won £2million on a National Lottery scratchcard after buying it on a whim.

The Sun spoke to a National Lottery expert who shared what really happens after someone wins big in the draw.
