Alaska Airlines resumed flying the Boeing 737 Max 9 jets, three weeks after a door plug blew off one of its planes, forcing the grounding of the entire fleet. The planes are gradually being returned to service as inspections are completed. United Airlines is expected to fly its Max 9s again by Sunday. NBC News’ Tom Costello reports.
