The post read: “I’ve had my eye on this Christmas tree for a bit but couldn’t justify the £110 price tag, however, I went in today and found it is now £40.”

The happy customer went on to say that there were more bargains to be had in her local store as two other designs had been reduced as well.

Other shoppers rushed to the comments to congratulate her, with some equally as gutted as they had already bought the tree when it was full price.
