A BIG toy chain is giving away free Lego to kids this weekend but there’s a catch.
Parents heading over to a Smyths Toys store from 9am on Saturday can get a free Lego gift.
The free toys will be available to pick up through the morning on April 29.
You and your kids might want to get to your closest store as early as possible though because the sets are only available while stocks last.
The toy giveaway is taking place at all of Smyths’ 118 stores across the UK.
You can find your nearest Smyths toy shop by searching your postcode on the website.
There is a slight catch though because unfortunately it is only one gift per child.
Kids can pick up the freebie on a first come first serve basis so do try to be speedy.
Smyths said that the free Lego toy is a mini-build set and which one you get will vary from store to store.
The gift is worth around £4 and you don’t even have to make a purchase to get one – it’s completely free.

Smyths Toys hasn’t confirmed how many stores will be available in each store so it’s definitely worth getting there as early as possible as there could be long queues.
This isn’t the first time Smyths has done a big Lego giveaway, the toy chain tends to do it every year.
Back in 2019 the giveaway was in celebration of the new Star Wars and Marvel Avengers sets, it also coincided with the brand’s latest Harry Potter Lego, including Knight Bus, Hogwarts clock tower and the Triwizard Tournament set.
In the run-up to Easter, the chain also invited kids to come grab some free Lego and Disney Mini Brands while stocks last.
It’s not the only toy shop chain to take part in a freebie giveaway, The Entertainer also gave Lego fans to make and keep a free Easter Egg in stores.
