WITH its sandy beaches, stunning vistas and beautiful countryside, there are few prettier places in the UK than England’s south coast.

Those who fancy moving there can do so in style with a prize draw being hosted by Raffle House, which guarantees one lucky winner a dream home worth a staggering £2m.

The Orchard, on the South Coast, is being given away in Raffle House’s latest prize draw

And if you enter before Sunday 26th March, you’ll be entered into three monthly bonus early-bird draws, which have cash prizes of £250,000.

If you enter after the 26th, you’ll only be in with two chances of winning the quarter-million prize — so it’s worth entering now.

The dream house in question is called The Orchard, and it’s located on England’s stunning south coast; specifically, in Ovingdean, a short distance from Brighton and the South Downs National Park.

The Orchard is a four bedroom property, and as its name suggests, it comes with private gardens and woodland. It also comes with a beautiful courtyard.

As well as owning the house outright (with no mortgage or stamp duty to pay), Raffle House will set you up with £100,000 to spend at interior design house Alexander James, meaning the furnishings will house will look as spectacular as the rest of the house.

Included in the jackpot prize is £100,000 to spend on designer furnishings

And if you’re content with the house you live in now, that’s no reason not to enter: you can choose to take £2m in cash rather than the Dream Home.

This the seventh Dream House Raffle House has offered up. The last it offered was an East London property — though the winner opted to take the cash prize.

You’re not the only person who will benefit if you win: as part of its commitment to “Dream big and do good”, Raffle House donates 10% of the cost of your ticket to charity, in an effort to raise £300,000.

You can choose one of 25 charities to send your 10% to — options include:

  • The WWF
  • Help for Heroes
  • Marie Curie
  • Parkinson’s UK
  • National Trust
  • Prostate Cancer UK
  • Royal British Legion
  • Keep Britain Tidy
  • Battersea Cats and Dogs Home
  • Bernardos
  • Macmillan Cancer Support
  • Guide Dogs
  • RNLI
  • Save the Children
  • Samaritans
  • Alzheimer’s Society

Tickets to enter the raffle get cheaper the more you buy: the most popular option is 50 tickets, which costs £25 — a cost of 50p per ticket. You get the lowest price per ticket from buying 2000 tickets, which costs £300 (15p per ticket).

You must be over the age of 18 to enter the competition. To ensure you’re entered into all three £250,000 draws, enter before Sunday March 26th. There is a guaranteed winner, but there aren’t any refunds for those who don’t win.
