A BARGAIN supermarket is selling a garden pressure washer for over £100 cheaper than Argos and Wilko.

If you’ve chosen against wanting the hard job of maintaining grass in your back garden or simply have a lengthy concrete drive, you’ll want to head down to your nearest Aldi.

The store giant is making it 10 times easier to keep your relaxation space, or even your car’s home, looking fresh.

Ferrex Pressure Washer 1600W is being introduced to Aldi’s middle aisle on Sunday.

The “powerful and precise cleaning gadget” will be on sale for less than 50 quid.

Promising to hose away “stubborn dirt, grime or mess”, the washer could be yours for just £49.99.

A similar style of washer is being sold for a whopping £200 at Argos and £188 online at Wilko.

The gadget comes with a power washer, trigger gun, pressure hose, adjustable nozzle, soap bottle, a brush, patio cleaner, water inlet connector and a tip cleaner.

Aldi said you can “make cleaning fun [again] with this pressure washer”.

The best part is, if anything goes wrong with the washer, Aldi are giving customers a five-year warranty.

Remember to always shop around when buying something like this as you might find a cheaper alternative.

Websites like Trolley and Price Spy let you compare thousands of products across different retailers to find the best price.

Price Spy even lets you see how much an item has cost over time.

A quick scan on the Google Shopping/Product tab will also bring up how much retailers are selling a certain item for too.

It comes after The Sun’s tech writer Tom Tyers raved about his “miracle” pressure washer – after it’s price was slashed.

He said: This week, Amazon has cut prices on a range of Kärcher pressure washers, among them the K 2 Home Kit, a model I’ve relied on for years.

“I forked out £149.99 for this powerful bit of kit, but currently, it’s a fantastic bargain at just £115.

“I’ve had mine for a good six years now, and though I initially shelled out a bit more for this garden tool, it’s definitely proven its worth.

“It’s completely changed the game for me and has been a godsend each year for getting the garden ready for the warmer weather.

“And let’s be honest, nobody wants a grubby patio. I’ve already rolled up my sleeves and tackled mine to banish the winter grime.”

How to compare prices to get the best deal

JUST because something is on offer, or is part of a sale, it doesn’t mean it’s always a good deal.

There are plenty of comparison websites out there that’ll check prices for you – so don’t be left paying more than you have to.

Most of them work by comparing the prices across hundreds of retailers.

Here are some that we recommend:

  • Google Shopping is a tool that lets users search for and compare prices for products across the web. Simply type in keywords, or a product number, to bring up search results.
  • Price Spy logs the history of how much something costs from over 3,000 different retailers, including Argos, Amazon, eBay and the supermarkets. Once you select an individual product you can quickly compare which stores have the best price and which have it in stock.
  • Idealo is another website that lets you compare prices between retailers. All shoppers need to do is search for the item they need and the website will rank them from the cheapest to the most expensive one.
  • CamelCamelCamel only works on goods being sold on Amazon. To use it, type in the URL of the product you want to check the price of.
