THERE’S a high street bargain shop you’ve probably never heard of – and it can beat B&Q for prices.
Quality Discounts runs over 30 stores across England, mostly in East Anglia and the Midlands.
This includes in areas such as Newmarket, Norwich, Peterborough and Kings Lynn.
Customers can also pick up discounted items online and the discounter regularly posts deals on its Facebook page.
Shoppers can grab everything from plants to beds, homeware and even pet items.
But some of the best bargains you’ll find are in the garden furniture section.
Shoppers can currently pick up a Lay-Z-Spa Milan 1.96m hot tub for £299, down from £399 – and it’s cheaper than B&Q which is selling the same model for £400.
The Lay-Z-Spa Vegas 1.96 model is also selling for £299, down from £449. The same model in B&Q is £450 – a £150 difference.
Of course, it’s worth bearing in mind that not all of Quality Discount’s prices are cheaper than B&Q – it depends on the product.
You’ll have to factor in delivery costs as well – the minimum charge to get one of the hot tubs delivered from Quality Discounts is £21.

B&Q, however, offers free delivery on the same models, although you’re still making a saving with Quality Discounts.
Quality Discounts has good prices on a number of other products too, including storage containers.
The retailer is selling a 300ml plastic lunch box for 69p, the same as The Range, and cheaper than Morrisons which is selling one for £1.50.
It doesn’t come out so strongly in terms of pricing for other homeware items such as clothes airers though.
Regardless of where you’re shopping, always make sure you look around for the best prices.
Just because Quality Discounts is selling a hot tub for less than B&Q that doesn’t mean you can’t find the item cheaper elsewhere.
