ASDA has made a huge opening hours change “without updating signs” at a store and customers are baffled.
Shoppers were left furious after the supermarket giant confirmed it has axed its 24 hour service in Lancashire.
The 44,000 sq ft superstore in Chorley first opened over 10 years ago – boasting a fuel station and in-store opticians.
Customers were able to run to the store at any time throughout the week.
However, they will now have to drive a few more miles away as the 24hour service has come to an end.
The retailer branch has stopped stop operating during midnight times.

An angry customer took to social media to express his frustration after realising the store in Bolton Street had changed its opening hours.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, user Adrian Kaill fumed: “Why is Asda Chorley now not open 24 hours when the big green sign says it is?”
Replying to the customer, an Asda spokesperson claimed the branch was struggling with anti social behaviour and threats.
They said: “He has advised me that the closing time has now changed to due to anti social behaviour and the staff being threatened.”

The branch will be now operating from 7am to 12am on Monday and 5am to 12am the rest of the week.
However, Saturday will be closing early at 10pm and at 5pm on Sunday.
The new opening hours have been added to the Asda Google page but the sign is still up on the entrance.
They added: “The website and google has been updated to reflect this change and the signage will change to reflect this in future.
“I apologise for any inconvenience caused by the change in hours at the Asda Chorley store.
“I have reached out to the manager to feed this back them.”
It comes as livid supermarket customers have vowed never to return to Asda over a feared increased the number of self-checkout.
One said removing manned tills and increasing self-service checkouts at Asda will be a disaster in the run up to Christmas – one of the busiest times of the year.
Elsewhere, fourteen supermarket stores will reopen under the Asda name this week and shoppers are thrilled.
