EXCESS moisture and condensation can prove a challenge for many of us this time of year.
In some cases, this can lead to the formation of mould which is not something anyone wants in their home.

But this problem can be easily fixed if you have the right gadget.
Asda is selling an “excellent” tool that can help beat the moisture before it has a chance to breed mould and it will only set you back £1.25.
Asda is selling single dehumidifiers for £1.25 or a multipack for £3.
Similar to electric dehumidifiers, they work by sucking extra moisture out of the air, but these ones have the added bonus of being completely free to run.
These are very simple to use you simply peel back the foil, leave the lid on and let them do their thing.
After extended use, you will be able to tell how well the interior dehumidifier is working by how much water it has collected.
The Asda ones have two functions as they release a scent in the room you place them in.
Shoppers can choose from lavender or vanilla, they also sell a scentless dehumidifier as well.

Other ways of solving the problem
You can look into purchasing an electric dehumidifier, these are machine that extracts water out of the air to reduce humidity levels.
They aren’t cheap though – dehumidifiers typically cost around £150 to £200 and of course you will need to pay to run them.
The cost per hour will vary depending on size but Which? estimates use a dehumidifier for one hour every day, it will cost you £28.52 a year.

There are some cheaper gadgets on the market Aldi is selling an electric window cleaner for £19.99 and its one fo the cheapest versions on the market.
The gadget is a motorized suction-squeegee and works by sucking the window dry after a cleaning solution is applied.
It is possible to simply wipe away condensation anytime it appears on your windows.
You’ll want to make sure you have a decent window cleaner and a microfibre cloth.
It’s good to open your windows every day to let fresh air in and keep doors between rooms open.
Ensuring that air continuously circulates through your home will reduce condensation so the mould cannot grow.
You should also open cupboard doors regularly to allow fresh air in to make sure there’s no mould growing inside.
Other things that can help include not leaving your clothes to dry on radiators, and always cooking with ventilation.
