ARGOS is selling a charcoal barbecue for only £10 and it’s perfect for a back garden cook-up in the current heat.

It’s set to be hotter than Ibiza today in the UK, and Argos’ cheap grill could be the answer to a sweltering tea time tonight with same day delivery and collection available.

If the barbecue is stocked in your local store you can order it in time to pick up today and collection is free of charge from your local Argos or Sainsbury’s.

You can also have it delivered same day if you choose a £3.95 fast track slot.

The charcoal barbecue is easy to build and use so you’ll be able to get grilling in your garden right away.

There’s a cooking area of 35cm by 35cm, and it’s perfectly sized to cook grub for four people.

It’s has a porcelain enamelled steel pan, and it stands at around 50cm in height.

It’s roughly 1.5kg in weight too, so you should easily be able to move it about your garden to find the optimum chef’s corner.

Plus, the grill comes with a one year guarantee and shoppers are loving their purchases so far as it has over 500 five-star reviews on Argos’ website already.

If you’re shopping the barbecue online though you’ll have to factor in the £3.95 extra charge to get it delivered to your door which brings the total of your order to nearly £14.

As always it’s best to shop around first as you might find a cheaper deal elsewhere.

The cheapest that The Range is selling a charcoal barbecue for is £19.95, making it more expensive than Argos’ by nearly a tenner.

Even though it’s pricier, it actually has a slightly smaller cooking area than the Argos one, but that does make it perfect for travel to a campsite or a festival.

You’ll have to wait a little longer for this one though, as it won’t arrive until around next Tuesday but delivery is free.

You can pick up a Landmann Porta-Go charcoal barbecue from Amazon for £23, so you’d have to pay £13 more than the Argos one.

You can get free delivery by Thursday though, and the chrome plated grill comes in three different colours too.

Aldi is selling a portable BBQ grill for £30, making it £20 more expensive than Argos’, but the quirk of this one is that it folds away like a briefcase.

But flying ants could plague your grilling set-up as swarms of them ruined the hottest day of the year already and an expert has warned they will be around for weeks.

BBQ supplies though, could run out as the “pingdemic” forces butchers and meat factory staff into Covid isolation.
