AMAZON Prime is more than just free next-day delivery, as members can enjoy a whole host of benefits.
From free movies and TV shows, there’s a whole load of free entertainment that comes with Prime.

One of the best benefits is Prime Gaming, which offers not only free games every month, but also a number of great in-game items for popular games.
However, some major Prime Gaming benefits will disappear soon, as a partnership has been axed.
Amazon has announced its split from Riot following the end of their deal.
Riot Games is the company that develops a number of popular live service games such as Valorant, League of Legends, and Teamfight Tactics.

The partnership between Amazon and Riot will not be renewed when the contract ends, meaning that in-game goodies for these three games will no longer be available via Prime gaming.
A statement from Riot reads: “Prime Gaming has decided not to renew our promotion, which means the last capsule drops will end in March 2024 across all of our games.
“We know this is disappointing, and wanted to let you know as soon as we could.
“You can continue to claim drops for the next few months, and any Prime Gaming content unlocked prior to March 2024 will remain in your account.”

Essentially, there will still be at least two more content drops for Valorant, Teamfight Tactics and League of Legends, potentially three depending on exactly when the partnership ends.
Any items you pick up from now until March, and all the in-game items you have redeemed before the cut-off point, will remain in your inventory and for your use.
In-game item packs for all three games were available via Prime Gaming every month for subscribers.
It was a great way to earn extra goodies without spending a long time grinding for them in the game.
Prime Gaming will continue to offer free item packs for other games, such as Pokémon Go, Overwatch, and Apex Legends.
However, League of Legends in particular is one of the most popular games in the world, so this is a great loss to Prime gamers.
