Amazon has knocked down the price of the Fire HD 10 Tablet to £124.99 from £179.99, for the 64GB model.

The £55 price slash is also available for the 32GB model, now £94.99.

The Fire HD 10 features a 2GHz octa-core processor and 2GB of RAM.

That means that the tablet is 30 per cent faster than the previous model, the Fire HD 9.
