ALDI has slashed the price of a stunning garden furniture set by £70 – and now it’s £100.

The discount supermarket’s Bamboo Style Rattan Bistro Set includes two chairs and a side table.

The table comes with a glass top, and the bamboo-effect chairs are weather resistant – so no need to pack them away during bad weather.

The chairs also come with a cushion, and could be great for lounging in the garden with during the surprise heatwave this week.

It used to be £169.99, but Aldi has knocked a whopping £70 of its price tag, so now it’s £99.99 – a saving of 41%.

However, be warned that as you can only buy it online, you’ll have to fork out £9.95 for delivery.

The set will arrive in two to seven working days.

When The Sun compared prices online, we found that Aldi’s bargain set was up to £326 cheaper than rivals.

Argos is selling a very similar set for £275 – that’s £205 more expensive than Aldi’s.

While Robert Dyas’ bamboo-effect bistro set is £359.93 – nearly £326 dearer than Aldi’s.

For £199, Amazon is selling a very similar looking set to, and it’s £129 pricier than Aldi’s.

However, if before you’re planning on splashing out, remember to compare prices online yourself.

You might the same item, or something similar, for less.

Aldi shoppers will want to be aware that nearly 80 of the supermarket’s SpecialBuys have been delayed.

The store listed around 78 products on its website that could be delayed this month due to a global shipping crisis.

It includes kettles, toasters and air fryers.
