SAVVY shoppers have been left delighted after spotting a designer perfume dupe for a dirt cheap price.

Despite big sales and customer discounts, branded scents can often leave a big hole in our pockets.

But popular bargain store Poundland has come up with a great fix for its customers to wear such designer scents without ruining their bank balance.

Bargain hunters have spotted two new mists at the cheap store – and claim they smell just like Marc Jacobs.

The dupes from the brand Scentlis are called Pure Elegance and Bloom Body – both selling for just £1 for a 100ml bottle on Poundland‘s website.

One such shopper who bought the fragrances wrote on Facebook: “Got these today from Poundland and I cannot tell you enough how hey smell like Marc Jacobs.

“Only £1 smell that has stayed with on me since 12pm.

“They smell absolutely lush, you cannot go wrong with £1.”

The savvy customer later revealed the smell of the dupe went on to last for more than nine hours.

Reacting to the post, one person said: “I got one today and I love it.”

Another wrote: “Lush ain’t they! I was shocked to smell them and couldn’t believe it.”

A third shopper said: “They smell lovely.”

Designer scents such as Marc Jacobs can sell for as much as £100 for a 100ml bottle.

But such quality dupes selling for a fraction of that price can turn out to be a great deal for savvy shoppers.

Meanwhile, a young woman said she wanted new perfume, but couldn’t justify the price, so tried out the dupes from Home Bargains instead

Beauty fan Emily Megan Mays explained that she nabbed two of the perfume dupes from the high-street chain, for just £1.99 each, and was left stunned at how nice they smelt. 

Thrilled with her cheap finds from Home Bargains, Emily took to social media, proudly showing off her bargain buys. 

Posting online, Emily shared her clip with the caption ‘The BEST perfume dupes! Run, don’t walk to Home Bargains.’

She then said: “Hey, guys. So I’ve just been to Home Bargains. I basically just ran in there because it’s next to my gym and I’m basically procrastinating to go to the gym.
