FOLLOWING from Xbox’s first-party showcase earlier in the year, a dozen more games for 2024 and beyond have now been announced.

While Xbox fans were disappointed that exclusive games were coming to other consoles, there are still plenty of games releasing for Xbox.

Here are all the announcements from the March 2024 Xbox Partner Preview.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. trilogy – Out now

Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is the upcoming sequel to the popular survival horror shooter series, launching in September 2024.

But if you can’t wait that long, the original trilogy, including Shadow of Chernobyl, Clear Sky, and Call of Pripyat, is available right now on Xbox.

Final Fantasy 14 – March 21

One of the most popular MMORPGs of all time, Final Fantasy 14, will finally be available on Xbox.

The full game will launch on March 21, 2024, and you can start playing with either a free trial, or dive straight in with a subscription.

Tales of Kenzera: Zau – April 23

Not to be confused with the famous Tales or Trails series, Tales of Kenzera: Zau is a completely fresh IP.

Set in a colourful world, this challenging 2D platformer will explore deep emotions like grief when it launches next month.

Frostpunk 2 – July 25

A new trailer was revealed for Frostpunk 2, complete with a full release date.

The sequel to the 2018 city-building survival game will be launching this July.

Unknown 9: Awakening – Mid-2024

Bandai Namco offered players the first look at Unknown 9 in three years, and finally gave us a release window.

The action-adventure game where you control reflections of yourself in combat will launch in the middle of this year.

Persona 3 Reload: The Answer – September 2024

One of the biggest announcements of the showcase is that the extra chapter from Persona 3 FES will be coming to Persona 3 Reload.

This will be the third and most substantial wave of DLC for the game, following a March and May drop.

The Alters – 2024

The second game by 11 Bit Studios in the showcase, The Alters is a completely new IP with an interesting concept.

Given the ability to clone yourself, you may create copies to help you do work, but then you have to live with them.

Monster Jam Showdown – 2024

It’s been a while since we had a good Monster Truck game and Monster Jam Showdown hopes to fill the gap.

With vibrant courses, and plenty of trucks to use, Monster Jam Showdown had a promising showing.

Creatures of Ava – 2024

Creatures of Ava is unique in its premise as you take on the role of a nature conservationist.

It’ll be your job to save the world from a sinister infection that is spreading throughout the planet when it launches this year.

Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess – 2024

Part tower defence, part Monster Hunter, and part Dragon’s Dogma. Kunitsu-Gami is all about the powers you wield.

Play as a magic warrior, cleanse evil, and save villagers when it launches later this year.

Sleight of Hand – 2025

This one tells the story of a witch detective who is trying to get even with their Coven after being framed for a crime.

Customise your deck to create new spells when Sleight of Hand comes to Xbox Game Pass on the day it releases.

The Sinking City 2 – 2025

Lovecraftian horror, The Sinking City, spooked fans when it released back in 2021.

The sequel promises to offer more psychological horror when it launches next year.

The First Berserker: Khazan

We were treated to a lengthy trailer of the First Berserker, which has plenty of dark fantasy and Soulslike action.

There’s no release date yet, but this is another one you should keep an eye on.
