BATTLEFIELD 2042 launches this week, but you can get in on the action right now.
There are a few different ways to get early access to the upcoming Battlefield title so you can choose the option that best suits you.
Battlefield 2042 Early Access — pre-orders
The easiest and cheapest way to play early is by pre-ordering Battlefield 2042.
There are two editions that’ll let you play the full game early: Battlefield 2042 Gold, and Ultimate Editions.
So if you want to start playing a week early, you can pre-order now and dive in.
This is the best option for players who want the extra content of the more pricey editions, and don’t have (or want) a subscription to the services listed below.
Battlefield 2042 Early Access — EA Play
There are two options available depending on your membership.
EA Play members get a 10-hour Early Access trial to Battlefield 2042. So if that seems like enough to be getting on with, you can sign up here.
EA Play Pro members on the other hand get full access to the game so if that’s more your speed, you can join here.
- EA Play
- £3.99 / $4.99 / €3.99 per month
- £19.99 / $29.99 / €24.99 for 12 months
- EA Play Pro
- £14.99 / $14.99 / €14.99 per month
- £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 for 12 months
Early Access — Xbox Game Pass
Lastly, if you have an active subscription for Xbox Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate, you can play early as part of your membership.
Both subscription tiers will give you access to Battlefield 2042 for up to 10 hours.
Battlefield 2042 launches worldwide on Friday, November 19 across all platforms.
