KFC’s gravy burger is back for Christmas

KFC‘s gravy burger has a hash brown that has space to fill it with the savoury brown liquid.

It sits on top of a piece of chicken fillet, slice of melted cheese and gravynnaise – that’s mayonnaise with gravy.

You’ll be able to get the gravy burger box meal from November 15, and it will be on the menu until January 3, 2022.

The meal also comes with a mini fillet, side and drink and is priced at £6.99, though prices can vary depending on where you are.

The gravy comes with the meal – you won’t have to buy it separately.

If you’re ordering the gravy burger online don’t forget there may be extra fees for delivery to your home.

The festive feast doesn’t come as a burger on it’s own, so you’ll have to buy it as a meal.

The Christmas burger will be available at all KFC’s locations and you can find your nearest one using the online branch finder tool.

Anyone expecting a bit of mess can head to a handful of stores and get a gravy bib.

The chicken chain has created a limited edition bib to help diners’ clothes stay gravy-free.

The GRIB (gravy bib) will be available at KFC branches at Trafford Retail Park, Leeds Merrion Centre and Cardiff Queen Street.

But you’ll have to be quick as there are limited quantities and they’ll be available on a first-come first-served basis.

That’s it for KFC’s festive menu this year.

Last year, it also added gravy-based sharing buckets to the menu and a Vienetta Krushem drink, but these won’t be back for 2021.

Meanwhile McDonald’s has revealed its Christmas menu – and there’s a new festive crispy chicken.

Greggs’ festive menu has also launched, but it’s missing a crucial item.

Harvester, Nando’s and Costa‘s festive line-ups have also been unveiled.
