Our Tech Editor Sean Keach put this new smartphone to the test, and as you can read in his Google Pixel 6 review, he was blown away by what was on offer – and yes, they’re ‘bona fide iPhone 13 rivals’.

The Pixel 6 is among the very best Android handsets out there, with a 1080 x 2400 pixel Full HD display, a 50-megapixel rear camera and internal power courtesy of Google custom-built Tensor chip.

But the Pixel 6’s real sell? It’s significantly cheaper than the iPhone 13, across both SIM-free and pay-monthly.

The big day still a few weeks away, and we imagine this is just the start of some incredible Black Friday phone deals.

Black Friday is often a good time to pick up older-generation phones at great monthly rates – but honestly, this is a genuinely superb offer on Google’s newest smartphone.

Mobiles.co.uk has also rolled out a nice little data boost on the iPhone 13 – you can pick up Apple’s top-of-the-line phone for £43 a month and £30 upfront… with a huge 200GB of data.
