SWITCHING up your wardrobe isn’t the only thing you need to do at this time of year.
Swapping your beauty products round has been recommended by the experts during October as temperatures drop.
Want to switch up without splashing out?
These bargain beauties are the new dupes you need.
WINTER SKIN: You need a great moisturiser as your skin will dry out, thanks to cold weather and indoor heating. Love Nivea Q10 anti-wrinkle face cream?
Instead of paying £9.99 at Boots, get to Lidl and grab the Cien Q10 night cream for £1.49. A steal.
LOCK IN MOISTURE: One of the best hero products is hyaluronic acid, as it keeps skin hydrated.
While the Drunk Elephant hyaluronic acid serum retails for £40, find Revolution’s 2% hyaluronic acid serum for just £6. I think it’s brilliant.
COVER UP: Sheet masks are a great way to pep up dull skin at this time of year.
But while the Wishful Thirst Trap mask is £8.99, the Simple De-Stress mask is just £1.50 at Boots and has the same effect if you ask me!
SPRAY ‘N’ GO: Hydrating face sprays keep your skin plumped but give it an instant boost over make-up, too.
I love La Roche-Posay’s Toleriane spray, £19.50, Lookfantastic.com, but Superdrug’s B. Skincare range has a hydrating spray for just £9.99 and it’s a great alternative.
PARTY ON: With weddings and parties back on, it’s back to the dancefloor.
But that can mean make-up sliding off. Grab the new Lacura setting spray for just £3.99 from Aldi.
It’s a great dupe of the cult favourite Urban Decay All Nighter spray, costing £12 just for the travel size.
Also look out for the new Lacura range which looks a lot like the lovely Neal’s Yard Remedies range, landing in November for a fraction of the price!
And I can’t recommend the Hotel Collection EDP range highly enough at just £6.99 for the Peony EDP, a dupe of the famous Peony Blush fragrance that costs heaps more.
