AFTER drinks out on the town, we all get the munchies – and that can get costly.

We spend on average £70 each on a night out  — without even accounting for the nosh.

So skip the kebab shop after the game tonight and fill your freezer with these affordable treats so you have something to come home to.

CLASSIC KEBAB: Sainsbury’s has a Heat Me, Eat Me chicken doner kebab in the freezer aisle.

And at just £1, it’s so much cheaper than buying one over the counter. Asda has twin packs of Easy Chef doner kebabs for £2.25.

If you have a Poundland near you, try the classic kebab shop garlic-sauce bottles for £1.

CHEESY CHIPS: Check out the Iceland fully-loaded fries range — they are perfect after a night out or as a next-day hangover cure.

There are all sorts of different flavours to choose from, including hotdog, triple-pepperoni pizza toppings and BBQ bacon waffle fries.

They are huge portions for just £3 each but I’d get two for £5 and save yourself a quid.

BURGERS: If only a burger will do, check out Aldi for some cheap and cheerful options.

The Specially Selected ultimate 6oz brisket burgers, £1.99 for two, taste amazing. You can also get four soft brioche buns for just 89p.

If you’re more like comedian Rob Beckett and prefer a KFC, get the Roosters gastro southern-fried chicken-thigh burgers, £2.99 for two — much cheaper than actual KFC.

PIZZA: Domino’s or Papa John’s fan? There is a copycat for less.

Head to Aldi for the Carlos takeaway pizza range, where you can get stuffed-crust cheese feast pizza, double pepperoni or even a meat feast for £1.69.

There’s even a 49p garlic-and- herb dip, which is at least 50p cheaper than the normal version.
