Elsa, the first hurricane of the 2021 Atlantic season, has weakened to a tropical storm and its forecast path has it headed toward Florida.

As of Sunday morning, Elsa is moving northwest south of Cuba with wind speeds as high as 60 mph. Elsa is predicted to arrive in Florida by early Tuesday before traveling up the coast of Georgia and the Carolinas.
