Interfax reports that two gunmen opened fire in school, and one of them has been apprehended

At least 11 people have died and many more have been wounded in a school shooting in the Russian city of Kazan, Russia’s state RIA Novosti news agency reported, citing emergency services.

Two children could be seen leaping from the third floor of the four-storey School Number 175 as gunshots sounded, in a video filmed by an onlooker that was circulated by RIA.
