Ieva Cechaviciute tells inquest she was ‘very worried’ about Fishmongers’ Hall killer being released

A prison psychologist who assessed the convicted terrorist Usman Khan told security staff she was “very worried” about him being released in the year before his deadly attack at Fishmongers’ Hall, an inquest has heard.

Khan killed Jack Merritt and Saskia Jones at a prison education event at the London venue in November 2019, 11 months after being released on licence from a high security prison after serving six years for terrorist offences.
