The unit, which extends 6,829 square feet, takes up the entire 27th floor. It is currently configured with just two bedrooms. But the primary suite encompasses 2,000 square feet on the east wing and features two onyx and marble bathrooms, two spacious dressing rooms, a sitting room and an office. The home also includes four terraces, offering park and cityscape views.

Mr. Kimmel, an active philanthropist, founded the Jones Apparel Group and owns the film production company Sidney Kimmel Entertainment. Besides “Crazy Rich Asians,” his list of films include “The Kite Runner” and “Lars and the Real Girl” and “Adventureland.”

The apartment’s buyer was identified as Central Park U.S. Properties Ltd.

Mr. Farragamo’s apartment, on the eighth and ninth floors of 655 Park Avenue, sold for $11 million — almost three years after it was listed for $18 million. (The home had also briefly been on the market in 2010, for $16 million.)

The co-op unit, which has an entrance on East 68th Street, is around 5,800 square feet. It features five bedrooms and seven baths, along with separate staff quarters that include a bedroom and bath, a full kitchen and a laundry area. There is also a 3,000-square-foot landscaped terrace that offers cityscape and Park Avenue views with glimpses of Central Park in the distance. A storage unit in the basement is also included in the sale.

The top floor of the apartment contains an enormous primary bedroom suite with dual marble baths and walk-in closets. Also on that floor is a small gym and den with a fireplace.

Mr. Ferragamo, who is the youngest son of Salvatore Ferragamo, and his wife, Chiara Ferragamo, spend most of their time at Castiglion del Bosco, a 13th-century, 5,000-acre estate in Montalcino, Tuscany.
