It’s worth checking shopping hours from today, Good Friday (April 2) all the way through to Easter Monday (April 5) so you’re not caught out.

Opening times will vary between stores.

Aldi Easter opening times

If you’re an Aldi shopper, you still have time to pick up goods ahead of Easter Sunday.

The below times are based on a notice the supermarket has put out on its website.

But you can use its store finder tool to double-check opening times for your nearest branch.

Aldi has around 900 shops in the UK.

Good Friday: 8am until 8pm

Easter Saturday: 8am until 10pm

Easter Sunday: Closed (England and Wales) or 9am until 8pm (Scotland)

Asda hasn’t published a definitive list of Easter opening times for this weekend.

Instead, shoppers are advised to use its store locator tool.

The Sun has checked a few branches and these appear to be the typical opening times.

Asda has more than 600 shops in the UK.

Some stores run 24 hours but it’s unclear whether this will be the case over the Easter weekend.
