Sarm Heslop was last seen on 7 March on board catamaran owned by American boyfriend off St John coast

Friends of a British woman who has been missing in the US Virgin Islands for more than two weeks have called for authorities there to “prioritise the investigation” into her disappearance.

The US Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) said Sarm Heslop, 41, a Southampton resident, was last seen on 7 March off the coast of St John on the Siren Song, a catamaran her friends say is owned and operated by her American boyfriend, Ryan Bane.
