To incorporate this strategy into your own life, Castro recommends practicing it on those around you, including your community, your friends and your family. A healthy cycle of giving and receiving should be fairly consistent. So, when others give to you, don’t stand in the way of their generosity by denying it. Instead, show your gratitude by offering a simple “thank you.” Castro underscores the important of keeping this exchange of energy, and to celebrate life overall by giving and receiving.
