First minister says measures not being as strictly enforced as during first lockdown

Stricter measures to protect supermarket workers and customers are to be announced by the Welsh first minister amid concern that safety standards have slipped in some shops.

Mark Drakeford has expressed concern that measures such as one-way systems and limiting the numbers of people in stores are not being enforced as strongly as they were during the first lockdown last year.
