More than £100,000 will be released in January to black-led organisations in cities and rural areas

Black Lives Matter UK will be releasing more than £100,000 pounds to black-led organisations in cities and rural areas across the country by the end of the month, as protesters pledge to build on last year’s anti-racism demonstrations.

The campaign group received £1.2m in donations via a GoFundMe appeal, following widespread protests last summer.
