PlayStation buyers in shock as PS5 consoles drop to their lowest price ever

PLAYSTATION’S newest console, the PS5, had a rocky start as not enough consoles were made to keep up with demand.

This led to massive price hikes from scalpers despite the already huge price of the console.

Luckily those days are long behind us, but it can still be difficult to buy thanks to the almost £500 price point.

If you have been waiting for the PlayStation 5 to come down in price, then now is the time to take the plunge.

With rumours of an upcoming PS5 Pro more validated than ever, current PS5 consoles are dropping in price.

We’ve scoured the web looking for the best PS5 deals so you don’t have to and come up with the lowest price to date.

There is currently a deal on from Music Magpie but only if you shop through the eBay store.

The listed price of the PS5s on the store are £399 for the digital console or £435 for the disc based one.

However, you can get a further £100 off the price, making the consoles just £299 and £335 respectively.

This is the lowest price we’ve found for the PS5 and puts it in a similar price range to the Xbox Series S.

All you have to do is type in the code RENEW25 at checkout and you’ll receive a huge discount on your console.

It should be noted that these are refurbished consoles, which means that they were returned at some point due to a fault.

This is usually something like a faulty connection which has since been fixed, and it comes with a warranty so there should be no risk.
