Are newspapers published and delivered on New Year’s Day?
Most daily national newspapers are published on every bank holiday including over Easter.
Papers have continued to publish their papers regardless of the bank holidays, though some still like to uphold traditions and not sell a copy.
There are some publications, such as the Financial Times, that don’t publish on selected bank holidays.
They also don’t publish a paper on a Sunday.

It is always worth checking online to clarify if your paper of choice will be printed.
Are newspapers delivered during the Easter Bank Holiday?
If you receive a newspaper through you should expect your delivery as normal.
However, it may still be best to check if the bank holiday will disrupt your delivery.
You can still buy a paper from your local shop on the bank holiday, but it may be best to check their opening times beforehand to avoid arriving at a closed shop.
