GOOGLE is handing a big upgrade to even more Android users, and it makes browser searches easier than ever.

The tech giant launched its Circle to Search feature in January for the Pixel 8 and 8 Pro, then in rolled it out to the Pixel 7s and 7 Pros in March.

Now folks with the Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 6a, Pixel 7a and some older Samsung devices are reportedly getting a slice of the Circle to Search pie.

The gesture-driven feature lets users circle something on their screen with either their finger or a stylus to look for it on Google.

Gone are the days of figuring out how to describe something in the search bar, praying for the right results to appear.

Soon, Circle to Search will also be able to translate text in-line.

This could range from a specific garment they’ve spotted or a monument they don’t know the name of.

Android and iPhone owners can already use the free Google Lens app to do most of this.

But Circle to Search goes a step further, allowing you to circle just about anything that’s on your screen.

Trying to nail down a specific item of clothing or location with Circle to Search won’t it’s only application.

Soon, it will reportedly be able to translate text.

According to Android expert and popular Google leaker Mishaal Rahman, the new feature will also be landing on the Fold and Tablet soon.

“Circle to Search is rolling out to the @MadeByGoogle Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 6a, and Pixel 7a and will be coming soon to the Fold and Tablet,” he wrote on a post on X (formerly Twitter).

“It’s also rolling out to the @SamsungMobile Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Tab S9 series with the One UI 6.1 update!

“Soon, Circle to Search will also be able to translate text in-line.”
