Sky dishes out free new perk to millions of customers – check your account now

SKY is giving TV customers a free perk on their accounts for a limited time.

The broadcasting giant routinely dishes out freebies such as cinema tickets and even chocolate.

But viewers have noticed that they can currently redeem a digital movie to keep for free.

The film in question is 2018 musical romantic comedy Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, which famously uses ABBA‘s greatest hits.

It served as a sequel to 2008’s Mamma Mia! movie, with a star-studded cast including Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried, Lily James, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and Cher.

Customers spotted that the film is being given away as part of the Sky VIP programme.

To download and keep the movie normally costs £7.99 from Sky Store.

It’s worth noting that the Sky Store app doesn’t just work on your TV, there’s an app for iPhone, Android, NOW boxes and Roku boxes as well.

But the freebie is only available until April 14 so claim while it’s still around.

Customers who have Sky Cinema receive two free cinema tickets every month.

These can be used at Vue cinemas across the UK from Sunday to Thursday.

So if you’re off to a show, check before and request tickets, as it allows you to skip the queue and relax with a drink or food away from the crowds.
